SALT LAKE CITY — While it may seem like the entire state of Utah was on fire in recent weeks, crews have managed to contain the major blazes burning across the state.
The West Valley Fire, Saul's Canyon Fire, Trail Mountain Fire and Dollar Ridge fire are all more than 80 percent contained, and some residents in the Dollar Ridge Fire area are finally returning home Tuesday, according to Utah Fire Info.

However, three new fires have sparked up in Millard and Duchesne counties and Uinta County, in Wyoming, near the Utah-Wyoming border.
