STANSBURY PARK — Police in Tooele County are searching for a man from Stansbury Park who was reported missing on Tuesday.

Alex George Pawlik, 29, is considered in danger because he is diabetic and may not have enough medicine with him, Tooele County Sgt. Shandy Riches said.

Pawlik was reported missing at about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Riches said. A family member believed he might be heading to Bend, Oregon.

He was last seen Tuesday walking near Grantsville on state Route 138 wearing blue jeans, a black long-sleeved shirt and tennis shoes, according to the family member. He was also carrying a black backpack and duffel bag.

Anyone with information about Pawlik is asked to call the Tooele County Sheriff’s Office at 435-882-5600.
