CENTERVILLE — A married Centerville couple appeared in court Monday to face charges of running an unlicensed massage business out of their home, performing sexual acts on customers and secretly videotaping them.

Glen Ross Easthope, 58, and Vickey Easthope, 55, were charged in 2nd District Court in October with three counts of unlawful conduct at a massage business, a class A misdemeanor; doing business without a license, a class B misdemeanor; and voyeurism, a class B misdemeanor.

Between October 2013 and March 2014, prosecutors say the Easthopes operated a massage business at their home, which did not have a business license and neither of the Easthopes were licensed massage therapists, according to charging documents.

The couple advertised they would perform massages in exchange for "tips," the charges state. Police found one of their ads on Backpage.com in December of 2013.

Glen Easthope "knew that his wife was performing sexual acts during some of her massages, he allowed her to perform the acts, and encouraged her to do so," according to the charges.

In March of 2014, it was discovered that Easthope was hiding "in an unfinished furnace room connected to the massage room. The room had a hole in the wall where the defendant could observe the sexual acts as they occurred," the charges state. "Multiple recordings of sexual acts performed in that room on the massage table by defendant's wife were found on defendant's home computer."

Glen Easthope has a court hearing scheduled for Dec. 16. His wife has a preliminary hearing scheduled for Jan. 25.
