PROVO, Utah (AP) — A Spanish Fork woman is recovering after her car rolled down into an embankment in northern Utah.

According to a Facebook post by the Utah County Sheriff's Office, the 61-year-old was driving fast on a snowy road near the border of Carbon County and Duschesne County when she was unable to negotiate a curve, slid off the road, struck a barrier and ended up 20 feet down an embankment.

The Daily Herald reports another driver found the woman after following tire marks that went off the road and spotting her car's headlights.
