CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mostly higher Monday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Dec. delivery advanced 6.60 cents at $5.1060 a bushel; Dec. corn rose .20 cent at $3.7060 a bushel; Dec. oats fell 5.40 cents at $2.8060 bushel while Nov. soybeans was up .80 cent at 8.72 a bushel.
Beef was mixed and pork was higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
Dec.live cattle was up .33 cent at $1.1495 a pound; Nov. feeder cattle fell .27 cent at $1.4868 a pound; Dec. lean hogs rose 2.17 cents at .5695 a pound.
