(KSL News) Sharp-witted and sharp-tongued MSNBC TV host Keith Olbermann is putting a damper on Utah Sen. Chris Buttars' Christmas spirit. Buttars made Olberman's worst of the worst list.
"Our winner is Utah State Senator Chris Buttars saying he's introducing a bill that would, quote: ‘encourage the use of "Merry Christmas"' by retailers in his state. ‘I'm sick of the Christmas wars," he says, 'We're a Christian nation, we're a Christian nation and we ought to use the word,'" Olberman said.
Olberman continued, "He's apparently not realized if he could somehow pass a law 'encouraging' people to say ‘Merry Christmas' in stores, somebody else could pass a law 'encouraging' people to say ‘Merry Christmas' in synagogues or mosques. … Buttars [is] today's Worst Person in the World."
