Police: Man and woman rob West Jordan restaurant

WEST JORDAN — Police are investigating an armed robbery at a restaurant in West Jordan Sunday night.

A man and woman entered the Wingstop restaurant at 1826 W. 9000 South around 11:45 p.m., according to West Jordan Police Sgt. Brandon Turner.

They were carrying guns, and stole cash from the store before fleeing, Turner said.

No one was injured.

A detailed description of the robbers was not immediately available. The man was wearing a red hoodie with a red bandana, the woman was wearing a blue bandana, and both were Hispanic, Turner said.
