UNDATED (AP) — Alabama, Clemson, Notre Dame and Michigan are at the top of the latest College Football Playoff rankings, marking the first time in the five-year history of the postseason system that the same teams held the first four spots for three straight weeks. Unbeaten Central Florida moved up two spots to No. 9. The Knights became the first team from outside the Power Five conference to be ranked in the selection committee's top 10.

UNDATED (AP) — Tony Gonzalez, Ed Reed and Champ Bailey are among 25 semifinalists for the Pro Football Hall of Fame. The three made the cut in their first year of eligibility. In all, 13 defensive players, nine on offense and three coaches — Jimmy Johnson, Tom Flores and Don Coryell — are semifinalists. Contributors Gil Brandt and Pat Bowlen, and senior committee nominee Johnny Robinson are already finalists for the hall.

MAGNOLIA SPRINGS, Ala. (AP) — Authorities say four relatives of Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones have been wounded in a shooting at an Alabama trailer park. Al.com reports Baldwin County Sheriff Hoss Mack says the cause of the Sunday shooting remains unclear. He says charges are pending, and the investigation is ongoing.

MELBOURNE, Australia (AP) — Golf Australia says the 2019 Vic Open, which features both men and women playing simultaneously, will be co-sanctioned by the LPGA Tour. The men's portion of the tournament has already been announced to be on the European Tour next year. The Women's Australian Open, which has been on the LPGA Tour for eight years, will now be part of a two-week Australian swing.

MIAMI (AP) — Spencer Dinwiddie is wearing art on his feet this season. The Brooklyn guard is planning to have a different set of sneakers in every game this year, paying tribute to either various people or causes. Last night in Miami, his shoes honored Heat guard Dwyane Wade, one of Dinwiddie's childhood idols, who signed them afterward.
