KINGWOOD, Va. (AP) — The Latest on a fatal bus crash in Virginia (all times local):
5:30 p.m.
Authorities in Virginia have charged a bus driver in connection with a crash that killed two people.
Virginia State Police say in a news release that 40-year-old Yui Man Chow of Staten Island, New York, is charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter.
State police say the Tao's Travel Inc. bus with 57 people aboard overturned on an Interstate 95 exit Tuesday in Prince George County.
Investigators say the bus was headed north on I-95 when it attempted to take the exit ramp. The bus ran off the left side of the ramp and overturned. According to the investigators, speed is considered a factor in the crash.
Police say the surviving passengers' injuries range from minor to serious. The driver was not injured.

A woman who survived a fatal crash on a Virginia interstate exit says the commercial bus "swerved like a roller coaster" and then "tumbled five or six times."
Monique Berry, of Harlem, New York, told news outlets the bus was moving "too fast" Tuesday morning and when she came to, a man next to her grabbed her and they crawled out a window.

Police say that as the bus with 57 people aboard turned onto the exit, it ran off the left side and overturned.
Police say numerous passengers are being treated at area hospitals with injuries ranging from minor to serious. They say charges are pending against the driver, who wasn't injured.

Authorities in Virginia say charges are pending against the driver of a commercial bus that overturned while traveling from Florida to New York, killing two people and injuring others.

Police say a Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration representative is on scene and the National Transportation Safety Board has been notified.
