Black and Blue Cheese-Mushroom Burger

Serves 4
Ingredients:
4 Harmons Bob’s Burgers Black and Blue patties
Salt and freshly ground pepper
4 Harmons hamburger buns
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp butter
1 shallot, sliced
2 cups sliced cremini mushrooms
1/4 lb Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
2 Tbsp heavy cream
4 leaves Romaine lettuce
Instructions:
Season hamburgers with salt and pepper.
