CHICAGO (AP) — Forward Marian Hossa has left the Chicago Blackhawks' game against the Pittsburgh Penguins with an upper-body injury.
It was unclear when exactly Hossa was injured. He took a hard hit from Penguins forward Craig Adams during Chicago's second power play of the first period Saturday night at Soldier Field.
The Blackhawks announced the injury between the first and second periods. Hossa is third on the team with 24 goals.
