NORMAL, Ala. (AP) — Ladarius Tabb scored 26 points, Christopher Thomas added 20 and Alabama A&M stayed undefeated with a 74-56 win over Southeast Missouri on Thursday night.

The Bulldogs (2-0) pulled away from a 28-26 halftime lead to go up 47-35 with 13:02 left. They shot 54.5 percent in the second half.

Tabb was 11 of 19 from the field and Thomas was 8 of 13, including 4 of 8 from 3-piont range.

It was Alabama A&M's first win in three tries against the Redhawks, who dropped to 0-3. SE Missouri beat the Bulldogs 85-51 last November.

Alabama A&M, which beat Tulane 68-67 in overtime on Friday night, had never started a season with two wins since joining Division I in 1999.

Antonius Cleveland led the Redhawks with 16 points and eight rebounds. Joel Angus III added 14 points.
