Quarterback Luke Lehnen of North Central College of Illinois has been named offensive player of the year and first-team quarterback on The Associated Press Division III All-America team. Lehnen won the 2023 Gagliardi Trophy as Division III's most outstanding player and is considered a front-runner to win the award again. Lehnen leads the nation in passing efficiency and has thrown for 35 touchdowns and run for 13 while leading the Cardinals to a 13-0 record. Mount Union defensive lineman Rossy Moore and Wartburg defensive back Parker Rochford are repeat first-team selections.
