NORFOLK, Va. — Led by Jamarii Thomas' 18 points, the Norfolk State Spartans defeated the South Carolina State Bulldogs 71-67 in overtime on Saturday night. The Spartans moved to 16-9 with the victory and the Bulldogs dropped to 9-16.
