BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — Led by Don McHenry's 18 points, the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers defeated the Liberty Flames 70-68 to open Conference USA action on Saturday night. The Hilltoppers are now 12-3 on the season, while the Flames dropped to 11-5.
