CHARLESTON, Ill. — Led by Nakyel Shelton's 25 points, the Eastern Illinois Panthers defeated the Little Rock Trojans 71-60 on Thursday night. The Panthers are now 11-19 on the season, while the Trojans moved to 18-12.
