We visit The Creamery in Beaver, Utah. If you're visiting the town, or just passing through on I-15, The Creamery is a "must stop." They have ice cream, a restaurant with to-die-for grilled-cheese sandwiches, and of course famous cheese curds. It's all farm-to-table goodness and tells the story of Beaver's dairy history.
