BEAVER COUNTY -- Light rain and higher humidity helped fire crews gain more ground against the Twitchell Canyon fire Sunday.

Fire officials say the change in weather slowed the fire down and crews were able to make progress building fire lines.

Officials also reopened Mill Creek Road from I-70 to Marysvale Sunday. They say they may be able to open other routes soon.

The fire is now 65 percent contained.
