UTAH STATE PRISON — An inmate was stabbed by his cellmate Thursday during a fight in the commons area of the prison.
One of the inmates was taken to an area hospital in an unknown condition, according to Utah Department of Corrections spokesman Steve Gehrke. The incident, he said, happened around 3:30 p.m.
