(KSL News) Most of the road construction around South Towne Mall will be done by Thursday morning, just in time for holiday shopping.
The road project started nearly a year ago. One of the goals was to widen State Street from five lanes to seven.
UDOT says the project isn't completely finished, but shoppers should be able to get in and out of the mall with ease.
