(KSL News) Power has been restored to all customers affected by a massive power outage this morning in Tooele.
20,000 customers originally lost power just after 10 a.m.
More than three-quarters of those affected got their power back in about 15 minutes, but 5,760 still remained without power until after 1 p.m.
Rocky Mountain Power blames a failed circuit breaker for the outage. Crews were working at the Tooele Substation in the Settlement Canyon area all morning.
