SALT LAKE CITY — Police are searching for a man they say robbed two employees at gunpoint as the men were about to close up their business for the day Wednesday night.

The men were closing up shop at Raul Auto Glass, 1030 S. Redwood Road, when a man wearing some sort of mask walked in armed with a handgun and demanded money. The robber then stole the men's wallets and fled in one of their vehicles, according to a statement by Salt Lake police.

The vehicle was later recovered in West Valley City.

The man police say robbed the business was described as 6-feet tall, big build and was wearing black glasses and a dark hat. Police said they were unsure what race the man was because his face was covered.

Anyone who may have information about the armed robbery is encouraged to call police at 801-799-3000.
