BOUNTIFUL, Utah – A crash on southbound Interstate 15 blocked the right shoulder in Bountiful early Thursday, according to the Utah Department of Transportation. A car on its side was reported at 6:05 a.m. near the 500 West interchange in Davis County. Traffic was moving through the area, but officials warned drivers to expect delays while crews responded to the scene.
