SALT LAKE CITY -- A man accused of killing his ex-wife back in 1998 has been found guilty of murder. A jury handed down the verdict for Michael Johnson Thursday night after deliberating for only two hours.
Prosecutors charged Johnson with murder in 2007. The cold case was reopened after his DNA was found under Cathy Cobb's fingernails.
Cobb was strangled to death in her Salt Lake City apartment in January of 1998.
