PARK CITY — Police are looking for a man who stole several bottles of expensive wine from a Park City restaurant Sunday morning.
At 11:13 a.m., Park City Police responded to a robbery call at Flanagan’s Irish Pub & Restaurant. An employee of the restaurant confronted a man who was in the basement storage room, loading bottles of expensive wine into a duffel bag. Upon confrontation, the suspect threatened the employee with a handgun before leaving out the back door, stealing several bottles of wine in the process, according to police.
The employee did not see which direction the suspect headed or if the suspect got into a vehicle. Police responded within minutes, but were unable to locate the suspect.
The suspect is described as a white male, 5-foot-8 and stocky build. He was wearing a dark green “Carhartt” style jacket, black pants, black skate shoes and a tan ski mask covering the lower half of his face.
