CHICAGO (AP) — More than 100 flights were canceled at Chicago Midway International Airport due to weather conditions.
The Chicago Department of Aviation announced the cancellations on Monday morning. On Sunday night, the department said dense fog likely would cause 120 flight cancellations at Midway on Monday morning. A spokeswoman for Southwest Airlines had said it had cancelled all its flights into and out of Midway between 7 p.m. Sunday and 9 a.m. Monday.
The city's aviation department reported normal operations at O'Hare International Airport on Monday morning.
