(KSL News) A small fire on a school bus left students stranded on the side of the freeway this afternoon.
The bus driver noticed smoke coming from the brakes while heading south on I-15. When she pulled over, the brakes caught fire.
Troopers believe the Jordan School District driver was driving with the emergency brake on, which caused the rear brakes to seize up.
Nobody was injured, and the driver was not cited.
