PARK CITY -- Park City's Olympic Park was hopping again Thursday with athletes squeezing in more training before heading to Vancouver.

The U.S. Men's and Women's Bobsled teams were on the track Thursday. An athlete you might remember from Torino was among them: Shauna Rohbock of Orem.

Rohbock steered her team to silver in the 2006 games. She's says she's had to tweak her training just a little to prepare for the 2010 games.

"It was a little harder getting older, with injuries and stuff. I've had to train smarter. I haven't changed much ‘cause it worked for me," she says.

For the Vancouver games, Rohbock says she's more prepared because she knows what to expect and has more experience.

"I think I'm little bit better of a driver. I have four more years under my belt, and every year I learn more and more," says Shauna Rohbock of the U.S. women's Olympic bobsled team.

"I think I'm little bit better of a driver. I have four more years under my belt, and every year I learn more and more, and more confident going in there as a driver," she says.

A Utah athlete, Rohbock was a track and field star at BYU and when she graduated was the leading scorer on the BYU women's soccer team. She is currently serving in the National Guard.

Both men's and women's bobsled teams don't compete until the end of the Olympics, so they've still got a few weeks to fine tune their training.
