SALT LAKE CITY -- Gov. Gary Herbert expressed confidence Monday in Utah students who participate in a program called Junior Achievement.
"I'm not worried about our future," Herbert said. "The rising generation is obviously very talented and very bright, good looking, and looks to me like they'll be very prepared to take over."
Junior Achievement is a program funded and run by Utah's business community. Volunteers go into classrooms and teach about the economy, financial literacy and work readiness.
Sixty-four thousand Utah students and 4,600 volunteers participate in the program each year.
