(KSL News) Opponents of the state's new school voucher program say the fight is not over yet.
They are currently circulating a petition calling for a public vote on the matter before the plan is implemented.
Members of the Utah Education Association say the move is necessary since it is a matter of "public choice." They now have 40 days to gather 92,000 signatures.
The recently approved voucher plan would give families between $500 and $3,000 to pay for the private school of their choice.
