Group uses social media to call for no-car Wednesday

SALT LAKE CITY -- It's no secret that Northern Utah gets its fair share of bad air. Now one group wants to change that with social media.

SLC Critical Mass Public Transport is using Facebook to call for a no-car Wednesday.

The group wants people to commit to riding public transit instead. They hope the movement will get people thinking about not driving to improve Utah's air.

Anyone with a Facebook account can log on to the page and post whether or not they'll be participating.
