(KSL News) A man charged with murdering his brother will appear in court this morning for a final pretrial hearing.
Eryk Drej admitted he shot and killed his brother, Lukasz, in June 2005. Authorities say Drej shot his brother at least ten times.
Police say he told them he did it to prevent Lukasz from killing an unknown female and selling her organs on the black market.
After spending several months in a mental hospital, Drej was ruled competent to stand trial last March.
