With the weather getting cooler (and our schedules getting busier), I'm always looking for crock pot recipes. OK - try this one.
INGREDIENTS
fettucine
chicken thighs
1 onion chopped
mushrooms sliced
2 jars artichoke hearts
DIRECTIONS
1) Put the chicken in the crock pot. Cover with onions, mushrooms and artichokes (with liquid) on high for 4 hours.
2) Near the end, cook the fettucine. Reach into the crock pot and cut the chicken into bite sized pieces.
3) Mix fettucine and crock pot mixture together in large bowl. Serve with a hunk of yummy bread on the side and parmesan on top.
