OGDEN, Utah (AP) -- Three officers who were placed on leave after a fatal shooting will return to work.
Ogden's assistant police chief says all three officers acted within policy.
Last month, authorities say 29-year-old Jesse Turnbow was shot and killed by police. This after officers responding to a call about a disturbance found him in the street with a shotgun. Police say he pointed the gun at officers and refused to drop it.
Police say the officers --- whose names have NOT been released --- will go through training before returning to duty this weekend.
Meanwhile, Weber County authorities are conducting their own investigation. Prosecutors say they need more information before deciding whether officers acted lawfully.
