Customer Dynamics was recently named to Microsoft's President's Club at the annual Microsoft World Partner Conference. As a Utah-based Microsoft Business Partner serving the Rocky Mountain State Region, Customer Dynamics was recognized for their strong performance, tremendous contributions, and outstanding achievements over the past year. Customer Dynamics represents and supports customers utilizing the Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (or CRM) software system. Microsoft also recognized Customer Dynamics as their top performing Microsoft Dynamics CRM partner in the Western Region of the U.S. for the past Microsoft fiscal year. CRM systems are one of the latest technologies companies are using today to improve customer service, share customer information across departmental boundaries, and save time and money through greater efficiency.
