TAYLORSVILLE -- The Salt Lake County District Attorney has cleared two Taylorsville police officers involved in the shooting of a suspect last month of any wrongdoing.
The officers responded to the home of Robert Holliday last month on reports of a domestic disturbance. They opened fire when he refused to drop a gun he was holding, instead pointing the weapons toward them.
Holliday was hit in the leg and has recovered from his injuries. He is now facing several felony charges in connection with the incident.
