(KSL News) -- The family of an airman stationed at Utah's Hill Air Force Base is mourning his death.
Daniel Miller, along with two other Hill Airman, died when a roadside bomb exploded in Baghdad. The trio had the task of disarming such bombs.
Miller's family in Illinois says Daniel loved to live dangerously, that's why he joined the Air Force.
Dana Sopher, Miller's Girlfriend: "He's truly an amazing guy, and for those who did not get to meet him, you really missed out on a good one."
Miller had just a few weeks left before his unit was set to return from Iraq.
