1 package linguine
big bag Roma tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped
4 thick slices turkey, sliced
1/2 cup heavy cream
fresh parsley diced, 1/4 cup
1) Chop roma tomatoes. Put a little oilve oil in a big frying pan, then add tomatoes, garlic, salt and pepper to taste, and sugar. Bring to boil, then lower heat and cook for 15 minutes until it thickens.
2) Meanwhile, cook linguine per package instructions.
3) Add heavy cream to tomato mixture, stirring constantly. Then add sun dried tomatoes and turkey. Cook until heated through. Serve over pasta.
