SALT LAKE CITY -- A man accused in the 1974 murder of a BYU student appeared in court Monday for an arraingment hearing.
Gerald Hicker was arrested in 2007 after DNA evidence matched him to the murder of Barbara Jean Rocky.
Rocky was shot and killed in 1974 and her body was found up Big Cottonwood Canyon.
