At 7:20 we got into Twitter with Pete Codella, the president of the Social Networking Club of Salt Lake City. The Twitterverse is expanding as more and more businesses and people in the public eye are using Twitter. Pete thinks this is good despite the fact that he admits that only about 9% of Tweets are meaningful! To hear more, click here.

At 7:40 we talked with Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napalitano about National Preparedness Month as a time for every American to make sure they are prepared for an emergency. She also said there is a shared responsibility to insure security and the government needs to be careful how they allocate funds. Her department is watching the swine flu as it relates to absenteeism in important government departments. To hear more, click here.
