SALT LAKE CITY -- The teen accused of killing two Weber State University students was in court Wednesday morning.
Seventeen-year-old Mark Mora is charged with two counts of vehicular homicide. Prosecutors say Mora was speeding away from police back in April when he hit a car, killing two WSU students.
Troopers say Mora was drunk at the time, his blood alcohol level nearly twice the legal limit.
During the hearing, the court found there was reason to believe three felonies had been committed and bound Mora over for trial.
