SALT LAKE CITY -- A special farewell event was held Sunday for nearly 30 Army reservists getting ready to deploy to Iraq and Afghanistan.
The 478th Human Resources Company leaves for the Middle East in the fall.
They'll be providing mail services for up to 6,000 soldiers on the frontlines.
The company will spend about a year overseas.
This is the unit's second deployment in support of the global war on terror.
