(KSL News) -- Salt Lake police have arrested a man who posed as a policeman.
Officers say they found David Garnett driving a stolen car in downtown Salt Lake yesterday.
Eyewitness News first told you Garnett is accused of posing as police officer and trying to swindle people by saying he was collecting charitable donations for the D.A.R.E. and "Shop with a Cop".
He faces fraud, robbery and several other charges.
