(KSL News) A vandalism spree through a West Valley City neighborhood has left vehicle owners with some unwanted bills.
Police say it looks like vandals used BB-guns to shoot out windows in more than 30 vehicles. Those vandals broke into nearly a dozen cars near 3450 W. 3100 South.
One of the victims has a message for the vandals.
Thary Tek/ Car Vandalized: "All I can say to them is they ought to hang out at home and spend time with their family instead of ruining people's property."
Police think the cases are connected, because they happened in the same area.
The vandals could spend at least a year behind bars, if caught.
