HUNTSVILLE, Utah (AP) -- Police say three people were stabbed after a fight broke out above Causey Reservoir in northern Utah.
Weber County Sheriff's Deputy Lt. Philip Howell says the early Sunday stabbings happened when two groups of campers started arguing at an area of private properties called Evergreen Park.
The three people who were stabbed are believed to be from the Weber and Davis counties area. They were taken to a hospital. One of them was transported by helicopter.
Howell says as many as four people were interviewed as possible suspects and one ultimately was booked into jail on suspicion of assault.
Howell says officers increase patrol of campground areas in the Ogden Valley during the summer because of incidents like this.
