CEDAR CITY (AP) -- Police are investigating a bizarre burglary this morning.

It happened yesterday at an apartment on the 100 North block of 800 West. Police say that's when someone entered the home and made a bold statement while two college girls were sleeping.

The alleged burglar reportedly cut one of the girl's ponytail and shredded the clothes of the other girl. Police say before leaving, the intruder left a note saying the girls are flirting with the wrong boys and should lock their door at night.

Police say this is the first incident they've ever heard of like this. So far, they have no suspects.
