OREM - Marie Osmond's home is on the market in Orem.
The Provo Daily Herald reports the home is located in the Breton Woods subdivision. It has 9,000 square feet, six bedrooms, five bathrooms and a basketball court. The house was first listed two years ago for $1.2 million but now they are asking $845,000.
Her brother and realtor, Jimmy Osmond, says she's selling it as part of a divorce agreement with her second husband, Brian Blosil, and because she's now living and performing in Las Vegas. He says otherwise she wouldn't be selling.
Jimmy Osmond says Marie loved the neighborhood.
Marie and Brian announced their divorce in March 2007 after more than 20 years of marriage.
