(KSL News) It only took the Metro Gang Unit about two days to find its newest Public Enemy Number One.
Searching around hotels in the Cottonwood Heights area, police found a car that belonged to a friend of Curtis Allgier.
Police got a warrant and soon found Allgier was barricading his hotel room door with furniture.
He went up into the attic and eventually fell through the ceiling into another room. He did have a gun.
Allgier is a member of the Aryan Brotherhood, and a felon with a history of burglary, forgery and carrying weapons.
