Keith McCord ReportingWe know it's not Valentine's Day, but we have found a touching love story about a couple who just got married in a hospital. Yep, in Ogden Regional Medical Center.

Paul and Janeice Francom were married last Thursday, in what was really a spur of the moment decision.

Janeice Francom: "Said he wouldn't last four days."

Paul Francom: "And he said your chances of getting off the table aren't very good because you have a very bad heart."

When Paul was admitted to Ogden Regional Medical Center, he planned on having hernia surgery; he was not planning on having a wedding!

Janeice Francom: "And the doctor says, 'No, we've got to do it now.' And I thought, to me now means maybe the next morning. When he said, 'No, now, you've got 45 minutes before we go to surgery."

Paul, who is 69, has a variety of ailments--he has prostate cancer, diabetes, and heart disease. Janeice is having brain anurysm surgery next week. Wedding plans were in the works, but they wanted to get the medical issues out of the way first.

Instead, they started scrambling to find someone who could conduct the ceremony. The LDS Bishop couldn't make it, so they kept looking.

Janeice Francom: "Can't we find a father or a priest, you know, anybody. And nobody! They even announced it over the speaker, 'Is there a bishop here?'"

A hospital employee finally tracked down Judge Jim Beesley. 15-minutes after they exchanged vows, Paul was wheeled into surgery, which went fine.

Paul and Janeice are back home, happy and thankful.

Reporter: "You two were destined for each other?"

"Yeah that's the way we felt, yeah."

Honeymoon plans are on hold for now, until next summer, when they'll take a long vacation.
