1 8oz box turkey stuffing mix
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp melted butter
3 tbsp butter
1 egg slightly beaten
1 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cups turkey gravy
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
3 cups cooked, chopped turkey
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
Combine dressing, seasoning packet, chicken broth, melted butter and egg. Press onto the bottom and sides of a greased foil pie pan.
Cook and stir onion in butter until soft. Remove from heat. Stir in turkey gravy, Worcestershire sauce, peas and carrots and turkey. Pour into dressing crust.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Serves 6
